| |
No, our system is based on an independent web based platform. All you need is a computer with an internet connection and you will be able to access your account anywhere or anytime in the world. |

How do i use the web panel of Ideaa SMS? |
| |
Visit the login page here Here login with your username and password given to you by our support team. After you login you could change the password from profile option in the sidebar of the panel.
Our panel has following options :
- Dasboard - It showes all the data total messages, Mask, Sent Messages, Used messages, Uploaded files, Remaining messages, Renewal date and Quick message form.
- Sent messages - It has list of messages sent by you from the quick sent option.
- Files Uploaded - It has a option to upload excel files to send multiple messages, also has a list of files uploaded by you.
- Mask - It is a center name which you use to send messages from our panel. This could be changed at any time from here.
- Recharge - It displays various bulk SMS packes available to you when you recharge, the new offers.

What are the fields required in Excel Sheet for sending multiple messages? |
| |
The basic fields required in the Excel file are PHONE, MESSAGE, MASK, TIMESTAMP. The message, Mask, Timestamp fields could be left but phone field is mandatory. The system automaticaly picks up the remaining field from the account defualt options. |

How do i upload a Excel sheet? |
| |
Go to file uploaded options in the SMS Panel and choose the file from there and press upload button. |

What does the status messages like "Pending", "Errors", "Cancelled" & "Success" in File Upload section mean ? |
| |
Following are the status messages in the file uploaded section of the SMS Panel.
- Pending - It is system defualt message when you upload any file in the panel. It normaly takes from few minutes to few hours for the status message to update depanding on the network and traffic
- Errors - If the errors are found in your file then the error message is displayed in the panel corresponding to that file.
- Cancelled - When the user cancels the opration of the file by putting a a support ticket in the support panel.
- Success - When all the messages in the excel file are sent this message is displayed along with other statues like Number of entries in the excel file, sent status ( yes / no ) etc

Can I use the service with only dial-up connection? |
| |
Yes, you can still use our service with a dial-up connection as the high bandwidth requirement is handled by our server and not your computer. It would however be beneficial if you have a fast and stable connection. |

What are the payment methods? |
| |
We will send you an invoice once the order is received. You can send us a crossed cheque or do a direct bank-in to our company's bank account. Once banked-in, please fax us the Bank-in slip so that we can proceed with the setup. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase from us. We will top up your SMS credit within 24 hours of payment confirmation. |

Yes, you can register more than one account by using different username & account details. |

How do I recharge SMS credits in my account? |

We offer SMS credit top up on prepaid basis. The credits can be purchased from your account. Once the order has been received, we will send an invoice to you. You can send us a crossed cheque or do a direct bank-in to our company's bank account. Once banked-in, please fax us the Bank-in slip so that we can proceed with the setup. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase from us. We will top up your SMS credit within 24 hours of payment confirmation. |
